She previously served as Vice President and Fiduciary Officer at Arizona Bank & Trust, where she developed extensive expertise in trust administration and fiduciary services.

Currently, Lisa serves as Chief Trust Operations Officer, Senior Trust Officer, and Senior Vice President at TrustBank, where she oversees trust operations and the administration of trust, estate, investment, and individual retirement accounts. Leveraging her extensive industry experience, Lisa brings deep knowledge in both trust administration and operational strategy, ensuring efficient processes and high-quality service delivery across all client relationships.

Active in the professional community, Lisa holds several industry designations, including Certified Trust & Financial Advisor (CTFA), Certified Securities Operations Professional (CSOP), Certified Wealth Strategist (CWS), and Accredited Estate Planner (AEP), reflecting her commitment to excellence and continued professional development.
