Karen Vitkovich is a seasoned commercial banking and wealth management professional with more than two decades of experience in the financial services industry. Her expertise spans commercial banking, treasury management, client relationship management, and strategic business development, working closely with businesses to enhance liquidity, operational efficiency, and long-term planning.

Currently, Karen serves as Senior Director, Commercial Banking | Wealth Management, and Vice President at TrustBank, where she partners with business clients across Arizona to deliver integrated banking, treasury, and wealth solutions. In this role, she collaborates with internal teams to provide comprehensive strategies that support growth, optimize cash management, and align with clients’ broader financial objectives.

Prior to joining TrustBank, Karen held a senior leadership role at Pima Federal Credit Union (formerly Republic Bank of Arizona), where she led treasury and deposit sales initiatives, drove business development, and strengthened client relationships. She brings a strong track record of generating growth, developing strategic partnerships, and delivering tailored financial solutions to business clients.
