Aaron Mascarella

Aaron Mascarella is a seasoned banking professional with more than 30 years of experience in commercial lending and financial services. He focuses on building long-term client relationships and delivering strategic financing solutions for individuals and businesses, with particular expertise in residential, construction, and investment real estate lending.

Currently, Aaron serves as Senior Relationship Manager and Vice President at TrustBank, where he works with clients across Arizona to structure effective lending solutions that align with their financial goals. Known for his relationship-driven approach, Aaron partners closely with clients and internal team members to navigate complex transactions and deliver a high level of service throughout the lending process.

Aaron has been with TrustBank for more than five years. Prior to joining the organization, he spent 20 years with The Northern Trust Company and eight years with FineMark National Bank & Trust, where he developed strong expertise in client advisory and commercial lending.

Active in the community, Aaron has been involved with nonprofit organizations including Habitat for Humanity and Positive Paths. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the University of Phoenix.
