Five questions with Lisa:
Q: Why did you decide to make the move to TrustBank?
A: TrustBank’s team of subject matter experts offer clients unparalleled service to help them achieve their financial goals and dreams. By utilizing a team of subject matter experts, TrustBank rarely has to go “out of house” to solve problems or offer creative solutions. The result is a humanized experience that is so rare in the financial field. I am excited to take on the challenge of this new role and offer my unique expertise with a company that aligns with my beliefs of how to help individuals, their families, and their businesses grow.
Q: What is it about working on Trusts that you enjoy the most?
A: I really enjoy connecting with clients to first create a Trust, and then carrying out the asset distributions set up in the Trust agreement. My role also includes working and planning with beneficiaries.
Q: What designations do you hold?
A: I currently hold four designations that keep me on the cutting edge of our industry: Accredited Estate Planner (AEP), Certified Trust & Financial Advisor (CTFA), Certified Securities Operations Professional (CSOP), and Certified Wealth Strategist (CWS).
Q: Tell us about your connection to the community.
A: I enjoy using my unique skill set to volunteer with the Honor Health Financial Health Advisory Council and Arizona Community Foundation/Jewish Community Foundation on the Tax & Legal Seminar Planning Committee. I am also a member of the Central Arizona Estate Planning Council.
Q: What do you do when you aren’t at work?
A: Away from the office, you will find me spending time with my family and our five dogs! Hiking, shopping, camping and traveling are my favorite ways to unwind!
