The evaluation included over 140,000 reviews collected from 35,000 individuals across 12 categories, supported by 1.3 million social media reviews and 148 million Apple App Store and Google Play Store reviews. The customer survey covered the customer journey, evaluating product & service offerings, trust, price/fees, customer service, and guidance or consultation.
